“You’ve Got Mail” is creepy

Tom Hanks’s character: cute romantic gestures or borderline stalker?

I had to watch this for a class. Let’s just say most of us were laughing a lot at some choice lines towards the end.

Still not posting much

I swear I had grandiose plan to actually update this thing a while ago. It was going to be a longish post describing what I’ve been up to lately (including a post about concluding my fall term at Apple!), but I just haven’t done it yet. So, what you get instead is a short post promising that I’ll get to it eventually :) Hey, the longer I put it off the longer it’ll be right?

Of course, this is assuming that someone is actually reading this thing. Lately the only activity I’ve seen is from spammers. Nice to know someone (er, some bot machine) keeps track of this, but I’m going to have to put a stop to that again soon :\

Apple Blog!

Writers Block Live

This is an excellent blog by Mike Evangelist, who used to work as a high-up in Apple a while ago. He’s now writing a book about his experiences, excerpts of which are making it onto this blog. It’s a pretty interesting read into some of the more private goings-on with the company during the earlier years (he mentions the iPod prototypes and early versions of iDVD and DVD Studio Pro).
